All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Express Shipping

Express shipping options may be available at checkout. Please note that express shipping speeds up delivery time but does not reduce processing time.

International Shipping

Girlyfaceera ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Girlyfaceera is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Girlyfaceera is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
